From 2018-2020, I was the Artistic Director for LIT Festival: Stories In Light. By presenting high quality arts and cultural experiences in Toowoomba’s public space, the festival aimed to allow the community to see themselves, their stories, and the places they inhabited - in a different light. Funded by local and state government grants and commercial partnerships, I led a small, dedicated team to deliver two iterations of this Arts event.

Through a series of community workshops, artist Alex Stalling invited young people to consider the future of Toowoomba for LIT Festival 2020. Participants created miniature art works to share their dreams for the future. The Home Project was a series of online, artist-led workshops produced during the COVID-19 pandemic. The video series allowed the workshop program delivered by Youth Connect/Toowoomba Regional Council to continue when face-to-face workshops were restricted.
From my original concept, I project managed all elements of the production. The Home Project engaged and employed local artists across a range of disciplines, as well as videographers and editors.
